Volunteers Needed!

ATTENTION! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

We need YOUR help making a difference in the lives of our local students!
At this time, we are reaching out in order to secure volunteers for the 2023-2024 school year!

Junior Achievement's caring mentors and lessons based on Social Emotional Learning can foster the belief-in-self, confidence, and hope for the future many students need at this time. Just a few hours of your time as a JA volunteer can help make a big difference in the life of a young person!

As a JA volunteer, you are provided with everything for the class, including all handouts and a presentation guidebook. For new JA volunteers, we offer training which goes over teaching tips, breakdown of materials and an overview of the curriculum. We also offer JA program tutorial videos as well.
  • Junior Achievement associates provide resources that make preparation easy and with so many learning experiences to choose from you can pick one that best fits your schedule.
  • Volunteers are able to pick what grade range they would prefer to interact with and instruct.
  •  Volunteering for Junior Achievement is flexible and in many cases you serve a class close to your home or work!
  • As a Junior Achievement volunteer, you can chose how you would like to serve. We have in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences!
