Youth Market Day
Calling All Young Entrepreneurs! Join us for a special Youth Market Day at the Eastwood Mall on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from Noon to 3:00 PM! This one-day event will feature young entrepreneurs who will offer their products and services to the public. Young entrepreneurs are responsible for setup, sales, and interacting with customers. Judging and prizes will be awarded at the end of the event.
When:

Young Entrepreneurs will feature and sell their products from Noon to 3:00 PM
The awards ceremony will take place at 3:00 PM Eastwood Mall Center Court.
Where:
The Eastwood Mall (5555 Youngstown Warren Rd, Niles, OH 44446)
The mall will encourage shoppers from Noon to 3:00 PM to visit the student's businesses and to buy their products. Customers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite business, based on the following three categories:
-People's Choice Award
-Best of Show Award (Most Creative)
-Best Product Award (Most Original)
Prizes will be awarded to the winning businesses. All participants will receive a gift and a certificate for participation.
Youth Market Day participants are encouraged (though not required) to complete the JA Start My Business Workbook or attend a JA Start My Business Workshop prior to the Youth Market Day event. The JA Start My Business workbook guides your child through the process of starting a business, with valuable information that will help your child make informed entrepreneurial choices in the future!
